PLEASE NOTE: Applicable Shipping Costs will be displayed when you update your shopping cart.

We abide by 
The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • you can cancel any order that you purchase from us within 14 days.
  • we require that any item you want to return is in a resale-able* condition.
  • We require that you pay for your return delivery.
  • we reserve the right to charge a restock fee of no greater than 25% (unless goods are not returned in a *resale-able condition)
  • we will refund your returned order within 14 days. (Less any re-stock fees)
  • If you receive faulty goods, please inform us within 14 days, so that we can arrange replacement goods.
  • to initiate a return please do any of the following:

    Please state clearly your:
    1.Name
    2.Order Number.
    3.A brief explanation of your reason for returning the product(s).
    4.Your contact details.

    At this point we will issue you with a RETURNS NUMBER. Upon receipt please follow these instructions:

    1.Please reseal your original package securely, and in the original packaging to prevent damage
    , please note that you are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are returned to us.
    2.Please affix YOUR RETURNS NUMBER & Our Address to the front of the package
    3.Please affix your address details to the reverse of the package.
    4.Please take to local Post Office or use your own courier for posting.


    We would advise that you obtain sufficient insurance in the event that the items are damaged or go missing, PLEASE NOTE: in the event of damage or returned goods going missing, you will have to claim for this not us and in these instances we will not issue refunds.

    * RESALE-ABLE CONDITION: ALL goods for return, whatever the reason, MUST be in their original undamaged packaging, unused, unfitted & complete, if goods are not returned in the aforementioned condition, we cannot give you a refund. Furthermore, please note that you are responsible for goods in transit to us.
